BOSCOLO ETIOLE ACADEMY
From the 11th to 13th March 2013, as part of M4S- mode for success project, trainings were held for pastry chefs at Boscolo EtioleAcademy in Tuscania (VT) under the guidance of top expert chocolate praline and snack Gianluca Aresu!
Trainings were held from 8:30 a.m. to 6p.m.
Our school was represented by teachers participating in project, Irena Žgela ( pastry chef)and Igor Frketić (chef).
We consider this educational training at a prestigeous academy highly effective, and have acquired new knowledge about chocolate praline and snack to share with colleagues and students.
